Great location! Stayed for moving our daughter into NYU.

Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 elevators broke down; and patrons were not happy!

Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff, except the breakfast person who gave my daughter a hard time for grabbing our pastries and coffee in the morning. It was my daughters and I stayin...

The renovation aspect. Limited the access we had to the hotel amenities.

Room was a comfortable size, clean and quiet. Nice lighting, bedding, toiletries.

Areas for improvement:

restaurant/dining area was still under construction so not open. The hotel did provide complimentary croissant and coffee to-go in the lobby in the morning though.

Beautiful renovation! Attentive staff. Very clean and spacious.

Areas for improvement:

Elevator broke while we were there. Only 1 working elevator during majority of the stay, but only was difficult once to get an elevator. Staff accompanied us to side elevators afterwards.

The location is very central, close to subway. The room looks new and is a decent size for Manhattan.

Areas for improvement:

The curtain doesn’t close all the way in my room, and the staff doesn’t seem very professional, took too long to check me in. Their attitude is nice tho.

We love this hotel! We love everything about it - the staff, location, cleanliness, decor, comfortable bed...I could go on and on.

Areas for improvement:

It is expensive, but all decent and clean hotels in prime locations in NYC are expensive - so the price of this hotel falls in line with other hotels of its caliber.

The room was spacious, it had a great view and was a perfect location for our plans at the marina.

Was perfectly located for everything we were doing over our visit. The space in the room worked well for the two of us.
